How old does a player have to be to peak on training? I recently bought a 25-year-old player expecting his stats to never improve, but I know for a fact that he's had 2 pops in things other than Stamina and Free Throws.

Could anyone help? Thanks.

training never stops, it just slows down - i hope this answer your question because i am not sure to understand it right.

Once a player gets older, he's supposed to slow down in training, right? Those two pops have come in two straight weeks of non-ST/FT training. You're not supposed to pop like that when you're 25, I thought.

He was probaly close to pop in those attributes (I assume it wasn't the same attribute twice).

I once bought a 27years old PF (free agent) and since he played on my training position that week with his old team he received training this way and popped in rebounding. Pleasant surprise.

I have trained a bunch of players up to the ages of 24, and have gotten many pops. You just have to realize it will take forever to get them to pop in the same skill twice, but it usually does not take very long to get them to pop skills once, especailly if you train them in different things week to week.

f0rever for a pop twice in a skill, the players aren't that sensitvie for age in my eyes maybe it cost a week or a week and a half :)

Also with your strategy if you succesfull for it, you have to imagine that, else they would always have high sub in your team.

according to some, it is about age. others think its about potential cap. probably both have effect but to my experiences, age is not the greatest concern for a trainee. still, improvement of a 25 years old player will not yield the same return economic and efficiency wise.

He's 18 with a Superstar potential. He'll pop faster than 95-98% of people in the game.

with 18 the potential shouldn't matter, at least if he have a bit potential ;)

But sometimes i wish more informations, about what training and what skillups ... And for three times in a row you also need luck.
