I am training "pressure" and I get pops in outside defense which is expected. What I have been observing is that those players who are being trained, get additional pops in "inside defense" and "handling"... how that works?

Pressure trains ID, HD and DV at the same time, but just at much slower rate.

Look at (78242.1)

Another question about pops quickness: what's the speed in training JS for a player 1.96 - 22 years old?
Thanks!

Height doesn't affect JS training (although some managers don't agree). For 22 year old, I'd think 3 weeks (but could be 4...but this will be rare) per pop. It depends on the position you're training too. If you're training as guard, the rate of training will be little faster (but again, this is controversial).

Training my 22 year old, I'm getting pops every 2 weeks from Guard / Wingmen training.

I'd expect 4 weeks training Forwards.

Depends on training position; I feel that Forwards training is the slowest type of JS training, but only very slightly.

Here's my estimates for a 22 year old trainee:

JS/Guards: 2.4 weeks / .385 pops per week
JS/Wingmen: 2.45 weeks / .365-.375 pops per week
JS/Forwards: 2.55-2.6 weeks / .320-.335 pops per week

Very slight difference, but still significant.

So I guess the effect of age is not very significant when training JS. If one was training 22 year old player for JR, I'm sure it's painfully slow.
So I guess 2-3 weeks per pop then.

Hey clubcool those are fairly specific estimates for a 22 year old. Do you have an opinion of the multiplier for each age? For example if at 18 you get 100%, at 19 90%, 20 80% etc. Any specific ideas?

Uh... Not necessarily. I just remember when I first started the game, before I could afford a bunch of younger trainees, one of my prime ones was a 22 year ole at... I think 6' 3".

But as far as things go, I've been training 2 of my current trainees for the last 3 seasons, and they're in their fourth season at 21 years now.

But as far as the percentages go, I can't be for sure.

These are just PURE GUESSES, don't take them to be fact...

age-percentage
18-100%
19-98.8%
20-95.5%
21-91%
22-85.5%

and gradually decreasing faster... at like 27 years of age, I can roughly say it's at or below 60%. I feel the decrease is like... exponential to an unkown exponent.
