kalau latihan defense (Inside Def atau Pressure), usahakan latih 1 posisi aja bro, jangan latih posisi Ganda.

kalo Latih Inside Def : di posisi C saja, jangan C/PF
kalo Latih Pressure : di posisi PG saja, jangan SG/PG
