Well I got the 19 year olds scouted and have a rough ranking ready. These players still have a lot of development however so, anyone can still make it by Season 21. For comparison here is the 18 year old thread

(22158628)Guards have some well balanced guards leading the way and some unbalanced guards holding up the back end. Really good starts to training.
Bigs have Lucas Bussman. Future U21 and NT star. Glenn Richards, David Castro, Duncan Arsenault can all back off. Besides Bussman, there is not much along the lines of bigs here. Hopefully that changes in a season or two.
Not too many high potential players. Bussman, Ramirez, McNeill and Sammons are the only HoF+ players. All of them are bigs. Ferguson, Guevin and Creech are at MVP for the guards. Some possible NT talent, but not much. Im very enthusiastic about a few of these players and even have on of my own(Jakes). Lets see how things shape up :)
