I earlier decided that I will not create second team this utopia league, but when this process started... I'm in.

One most important think is this international league and new active managers. So let's keep chat active.

let's go..with 12 countries and 16 teams:

4 of France , 2 Italia , Eesti , Spain , Deutschland , Belgium, Suomi, Taiwan, Rossiya, USA , Ukraina and Australia..

i started with spend 100k in my area , then i will see...
