Hi all,
Just wondering if training stamina is important that my main 7 players in my rotations stamina are all 4 (awful) or below.
I have a superior trainer, what kind of pops am i looking at.
Also similar question with Free Throws?

Is it worth training my PG/SGs in the C catagory to get there IS off 1 (atrocious)?

It depends on many things:
Your players potential, age and height, his skillset, and your plans.

For example, if you have an 18 year old HOF. his height is 6'7 and most of his skills are average and respectable, then yes, it is worth.

But if you have a monoskill perennial-allstar with isn't very tall... Then that's a big no:)

Awful is 3, Inept is 4. Yes it's important since it will improve performance in games, especially if you don't have a very strong bench. It also helps maintain gameshape, so training it to around 7 should be worth it in weeks where you only have 2 games like this one.

Like said, trainer level doesn't influence speed of stamina/FT.

I'd say unless you have 18/19 year old guards that are at least 6'4", I wouldn't train IS if it's at atrocious. It takes very long to train and it will need several pops before it makes a difference. Unless they're All star or lower potential, then you have enough time to cap them.
