Hi all, I'm Steve Makis!
We came in elections and after a year that Cyprus follow through Extrano Nino (u21 National Coach) and Tiriaki I want candidate my self to become the coach of the national team of Cyprus.
I think there are good conditions: the community has grown, players are improving, the birth of UNDER 21 give us a more important roster.
My idea is to create a data base of players, coaches advise for training and then grow throughout the Cypriot communities to BB. These players will be kept constantly monitoring every Friday after the workout and for this I need a team collaboration.
I would like, although not speaking your mother tongue, to establish a better relationship in BB-Forum and create a dialogue and discussion, at least in English :-)
I have already quite clear ideas about how to act and after five years of Buzzerbeater think of being ready to become a national coach. I hope to get a good consensus and I help to grow the national of Cyprus.
Thanks to all and good BB
Steve Makis (IV.58 Italy)

Hi all!
I'm dean, a buzzerbeater player from Italy. I love Cyprus, so I would like to try this adventure with the national team. I can't say that i'm expert of national teams, because in the past seasons i only concentrated myself on my team.
The common problem of foreign coaches is the language. I don't know one word in your language. If you think this could be a problem, obviously i suggest you to vote for a Cypriot coach (or someone who speak your language). If you think we can overcome this problem, then vote for me :D :D.
Joking aside, i would like that Cyprus will win some matches, because every win that a so small country win it's like a championship.

Good luck to all candidates!!
