welcome to the league guys. my advice is to take a good look at your team and experiment with some players. If you are thin at a position, check the transfer wire, you can find some cheap players. Start off with older cheaper players until you get a feel for the game. try not to spend more than 20k per player on the transfer list for now. You prolly dont need that big of roster either. If you see some guys that really stink, dont be afraid to cut them. this will help keep your salaries reasonable too. Dont overplay guys. have them play between 48-72 min for your starters. make sure to book a scrimmage every week! That will give you younger guys playing time to help them train.

Take a look at the players salary, its a pretty good indication how good that guy is, the higher the salary, the better he is. guys under 3,000 probably wont be too usefull, unless they are really young and can be trained. eventually you will hire better trainers and start to train your guys and create great players!

check out the training guide in the main forums as to the different training techniques.

Also you'll want a better trainer once you figure things out. I would not go above an advanced trainer for now. remember training team stamina and free throws, your trainer level does not matter for those.

hope that helps to get you started feel free to message me!
