Onu seems to be doing a nice job for you. I like having a lot of depth. It seems that when I have a really good starting 5 but no bench, the starters get overloaded and it starts to affect their performance and stamina. The minutes are lop sided, affecting training because the bench isn't getting enough minutes. When I have a capable bench, the starters get a breather during the games, the bench guys are getting enough minutes and added experience, all of which helps out down the road. With a good bench, I can also flip-flop them with the regular starters once in awhile and not lose anything in the process. Ideally, I like to see my starters get around 30-32 minutes per game, with my bench at 16-18 minutes.
