Same. I dropped exactly $0 today and built a basic team as well. The only difference is that I know where my team stands. #4SeedHereICome Good luck this season! I feel like you are immediately the favorite to take the Big 8 (Sorry Blaserz)

I'm not sure how this group will play together. Tonight's game is the first time I get the chance to see what they can do as a unit. Good luck to everyone, except when I play you. :)

Wonderful!! 7 minutes into the season and my best player gets hurt. Out for two weeks. So much for a fast start.

You do not need a fast start. Unless you plan on going for a perfect season, it would be wise to take it easy and get some younger players some minutes. You are virtually locked into a playoff spot anyway.

In other news, my 1st round pick for this year put up 19p and 11r off the bench (even though I was playing a pretty weak team), so I got that going for me.

I play TIE any chance I get to save wear and tear on the players. Actually played TIE tonight. Most of my young guys see a fair amount of playing time. I try to make sure everyone hits at least 48 mins for training purposes. If I can win my early games I won't be scratching for wins at the end. In case the bottom falls out and I have a bunch of injuries. I was looking forward to my SG playing, and he had 9 points in 7 mins. Was looking for big games from him. Now others will have to step in and hopefully fill the void.

Does TIE reduce the chances of injuries? I never heard that.
Sucky injury though!

TIE is more to keep the players fresh. They don't exert as much effort. They bounce back quicker and have more energy for the next game if need be, basically.

I am hoping that using TIE for most of this season will help me have a chance at even a 3 seed. Last season I got lazy amd almost never changed my game tactics and I still was only a couple games back from the 3 seed.

Flipped that 500k into a much need upgrade at C. After a long day of spending, I finally feel like I have a roster that can contend for the next couple of years

I am FUMING right now! Tie game, 2 minutes left vs Lightning Hoopers. Lightning shooting 2 FTs. First one is missed, I am feeling good. Until my coach goes full retard. He put in my 3 centers at SF, PF, and C. Lightning goes on a 6 point run and takes all the momentum.

Does anyone have an explanation for this dumbest move you could possibly make in this situation? The worst part is he subbed out my SF who had 18pts and my SF that can drain 3s. WHY?!?!
