While I also had some reasonable success with my club, I believe the biggest asset I can bring to this NT job is my experience as NT coach on high level.


You never made it to the World cup! consolation rounds arent high level!


Talking about training, it's really nice to see that you as a community have understood that the main job of a NT coach is not just picking players setting the tactics, but taking care of the "pipeline"


Yeah that is a good thing for you because you tend to chock in important matches!


Like I said in my speech I think I did a pretty good job with that in Germany and I would really love to help you guys fuel the US pipeline over the next couple of seasons.


Fuel it up with diesel so you wont move anywhere

We used to have a good core of managers from the NBBA who by the way the boys club have never messed with anything since then. They were the ones who built the national team.

I think that's the better process because the easy way out is not always the good process for it. I just think the better one is to have a core of NBBA managers who can instill integeirity back into the national teams.
