You are very unlucky to be with KwaiWah and NoT, the 2 best teams in MBBA history! They are experienced, well knowledgeable and used to maintain their teams at the top. If you were in the other conference (mine), you would have done a lot better during playoffs.

One more thing, you have a very deep roster which is useful during regular season, however, during the playoffs, having a shorter roster with better players often makes the difference. At the same time, you can only have 5 great players or your regular season results won't be good enough... it's a matter of balance. There are some better teams than mine in MBBA but I found out that having 8 players + 2 trainees as the main core for my roster works pretty well for me.

That's a shame! You are making this league better, you still have one of the best teams in the country. I hope you will think about it a few more seasons before taking your decision not to retire ;)

no pain no gain bro, everyone same here. haha...
you can go to divII and train younger trainee fow 2 seasons , when you found NOT or KW roster getting old, then you join back divI and beat them down again...

What are you talking about?
My roster is already old! Heck I am not even training a single trainee.
I only have 2 players under 33 yo! And they are 30 and 32!
I bet my roster is the oldest average roster age in the whole MBBA

I think most competitive teams have their main players who are above 30. Being competitive with a young roster would be the ultimate goal.

Season 37 started in a very strange way in Big8 with 4 teams winning their 4 games while the other 4 teams lost their 4 games. I find those results very fun!
