Franco here, managing DLSU IE-98. Been training since season 22-23. Was blessed to train an 18 year old (and now veteran) in Caesar Jesus, and a stable of 19-year olds (Pornan, Mallare, Malaya, and Ortega) who at some point were part of the U21 and NT.

Achievements include:

- moving up to division II twice
- made it to the final 32 in the Philippines Cup once

Kung naghahanap ka ng trainee, tingin-tingin ka lang sa transfer list or antay ka ng draft.

Sa ngayon, may 2 players sa transfer list na tingin ko pwede itrain pero check ka din sa ibang araw kung di mo sila trip :)

Hello. I started in season 13. Wala ako masyadong achievements kasi noob lang po ako. I am happy to see a revival in our community! Kudos to those who are leading the way!

One of the most satisfying thing that I did in the game was when I trained and formed Henry Sotero. Sotero could be one of the most unique Filipino players trained in this game.

Yung numbers natin napakaliit pa but hopefully mag grow. If you look at pinoy trainers sa u21 team there are only 5 locally owned. Much of that team mga kaibigan ng coach so may hatak siyang 2 na manager na Italian din para mag train para sa atin, the rest foreigners na. Dapat kasi usually baliktad, Pinoy ang majority. Challenge ito sa atin lahat. Maglalabas si jeorge ng list ng mga managers na available mag train ng Pinoy players soon pwede mo na lang siya pm.

Eto isa pwede ng pagtyagaan dun sa mga wala pang trainee, para di rin sayang ung training minutes. Medyo behind lang sa skills pero good potential trainee.

About sa list, sorry guys medyo nadedelay sobrang busy lang sa work in RL. But inuunti unti natin and I can say na marami ung teams na willing to train and support this effort na itaas ang kalidad ng natin, di lang sa NT but pinoy players in general. Natutuwa din ako na mix ng vets at newbies ung mga nakakausap ko. Intay intay lang po sa list rest assured na tinatrabaho natin to. Salamat na din sa mga nakausap ko na at nag reach out to show support. :)
