When i handled the Senior team way back honesty is the best policy. The competition was not as strong as it is today. What surprised me was that nt players back then had bad stamina, even the older players. Fts were also concerning. Id rather have a manager tell me what we need rather than someone who tells me everything is good.. It gives trainers direction on what slots are easier to train for. Insight is key since the general players cant see the skills. Having said that, salary is usually not a good indicator of talent. Better overall players hardly go over 200k salary. If you can specify privately to trainees what we need from each position that makes the focus clear and not subject for interpretation. Training nt players is not for everyone just have to focus on the guys that will really train long term for the program. Just give it time the critics.are the ones who got us in this mess to begin with..
