lol could some one dumb it down for the less mathematically inclined and non-jargon understanding people like me?

So which is the optimal mins for improving GS? (if you ignore the +10% , - 10% random factor) Still round about 60?

Do you have an estimate with the massage trainer too? Would this boost up the magical number by 5 or possibly 10%?

no idea about the massage trainer, personally I doubt it is that much difference


Based on the differences you see with things like lvl 6 & 7 trainers?
