Unfortunately they'll all have 11 skill points or less and have "role player" or lower potential. But with some dedicated training you might improve their handling . . . (party)

On a bright side, they are easier to penetrate, since they have weak defense.

I thought that was just the short term plan in the first few seasons

To conclude, it doesn't appear it will change for Utopia.

who cares if many users do not agree with these rules in Utopia?

I don't agree with changing leagues if possible.

Heading on the right path so far. Are you?

only one wins and goes up while the others stay and work for the next season, it's the law of sport and i'm very surprised that people do not accept it. why should losers get the same result of the winner?
other consequences of the relegation/promotion rule in Utopia is that changing half of a league's teams every season will bring to less balanced championships, that a manager who wants to do a good season but doesn't want promotion must be careful to lose enough matches in order to avoid it and, last but not least, it becomes impossible for managers to know each other and become friends and rivals, knowing the opponent's players and so on.
Imho what get lost is very much more than what is got, when you get promoted without looking for it you are forced to change your project, you risk to be relegated immediately from the upper division losing a lot of money for 2 seasons cause the fans will soon abandon you if you stay in the bottom and the following season they will punish your relegation.

I'm completely in favour of this rule. And yeah swapping teams is useful to prevent leagues of 16 tankatons teams. Besides, I can't believe someone would try not to promote on purpose. If you can win a league while trying to lose, surely you should be able to compete at the next level with the same team...
