At 18 years of age or 1, Training is 100%efficient, at 19, 95% efficiency na lang pababa ng pababa habang tumatanda ang player. Pag dating niya ng 27, it takes 4 times longer to train a player compared to an 18 year old. Highly advisable na tapos ka na dapat by age age 25 para stamina and ft na lang na walang penalty kahit anung edad mo i-train. Assuming ito na hindi pa tinatamaan ang soft cap.
