Hello,

this is the topic where I'll regularly post when new promising players hit the transfer list. You want your very own belgian U21 (or later, NT) player ? Make your shopping here then.

There will be 2 groupes of players : already U21, or promising prospect. However, no matter which player you're interested in, here's what it takes to take him to the heighest level :

- TRAIN HIM : there's no point in buying a great prospect and then not to train him. Get yourself an older player with the same skills, you'll get it cheaper. A player who isn't trained, is a player that won't play or be selected.

- trust your scouts : yes, your PG needs IS, and yes, your C or PF needs passing and OD. If your scouts are telling so, it's because it's true, even if that seems crazy. In doubt, just ask the U21 or NT manager.

- get a decent trainer : level 4 is the absolute minimum you should have, with 5 the better.

- Respect training times and game shape : monopost training is mandatory, and if your player is U21 / NT, you should pay attention to his game shape : playing 50 to 70 minutes a week will keep your player in great shape, thus incresaing his chances of playing.

Another last remark : I am not to be taken responsible for the asking prices of the players. If you think a particular player would be great, but don't agree on the asking price, there is no use in complaining. Just keep an eye on him, if he doesn't get sold the buyer will put him again on the TL with a lower starting price.

Here, or per BBMail, you can also ask me to get in touch with you whenever a particular player profile shows up. As soon as I see something that could fill, you'll get BBmailed.

And, ladies and gentlemen, here's the topic where to find out our latest treasures for sale :

Unfortunately not.

Our scouting team would anyway take contact very early with owners of promising players, or alternatively you can ask a scout or myself. But I've run through your roster and didn't find anything interesting.

An 18-yos player as low as all-star can go all the way to the U21 if everything goes well, but in order to reach NT it will require a potential as high as MVP at least.

An extremely nice 18 yo with amazing pontential. He has already been trained this season so he's not late on the training schedule.

He's very weak outside and will require extensively 1v1 SF/PF training, as well as inside defense.

18 y.o. HoF future PG / SG / SF, 183 cms :

http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/30960367/overview.aspx

Although he doesn't great starting skills, he has potential and age to make it to both U21 and NT, provided he's correctly trained.

If going for a SF, training inside defense first is best.

If going for PG/SG, presssing first.
In both cases, lots of 1v1 SF/PF required !

Incoming to the TL : 18-yo player with already decent skill, requires outside training :

http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/30960782/overview.aspx

Not listed now, he will be sold shortly. He started out as a PF, is now listed SF. He would need lots of outside defense, passing and outside shooting. Very decent skill-set !

Already TLed : 2 youngsters with great potential :

http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/30960605/overview.aspx

A MVP "big man" with horrible outside skill-set but very decent inside - he'll need a FULL SEASON of 1v1 SF/PF before focusing on primaries.

http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/30960363/overview.aspx

WARNING : ending tonight ! Don't let him fall to some daytrader that will send the player to waste. Needs outside training, pressing would be best but starting out with 1v1 SF/PF is also acceptable. Jump shoot and jump range both require some heavy training, however.
