Hi guys!

I'm your new coach and let me tell you at first, I'm so happy and proud of it. I would like to thank all of you since I received many votes and most important, 38 people did their vote instead of the 21 of last U21 elections (21, 20, 16 in the last three).
That's surely a good sign to begin with, so thanks again for being active participants in this election.

Thanks too to coach Fabio and his staff, they were so welcoming with me and they did a lot of good job. I'm happy to say that they will be my staff too, we followed together live the scrimmage against Italy and it was really funny

By the way, speaking of which, we did also a great job against Italy. I would have been happy to lose by around 30 points. Instead our gunners did their damage, with Ocampo in Superhero mode in the second half to score 34 points allowing us to stay even under 20 points gap.
We've plenty of work to do now, these will be my next steps during this week:
1. Scouting all the GILAS
2. Writing to all the managers to check their will and training plans
3. Creating a Discord channel
4. Analyzing opponents for this Asia Championship

Scouting is the most necessary part of this, we need to have a fully precise training plan in order to fill the gap with China or Taiwan. This season won't be easy, I can tell you right now. Taiwan has Home Court and huge salaries, China is always (unfortunately) China and there are also big $ around Hong Kong and other teams.
We will have to fight and currently we have some gaps we identified also chatting with coach Fabio.

It won't be easy, as I said, but my goal is written.

Yeah guys, Thanks a lot!
I received already more than 15 messages by you asking for your players and for training plans, that's make me very very happy!
I'm available via BB Mail or in Discord for whatever question do you have on the game.
What I recommend to you to make our cooperation worth is to keep a good game shape for your players (between 50 and 70 minutes per week should be fine) and to train if possible single roles instead of strange combinations.
For example, Pressure for PG is 100%, Pressure for SG is 90%, Pressure for PG+SG is even slower because it divides the training amount between two roles.
So, it's easier to reach a U21 by training faster and it's important for me if our common goal is to take Philippines again into a world stage for example

I reviewed more than 150 players today, between 21 and 18 years old, if you notice a news about your player being picked up in the roster it is because I am saving his skills to check which training plan fits better for him. I'll contact each and everyone of you as soon as possible when my scouting will be completed

Newly elected U21 NT coach announced today his roster list for this season's Asia U21 Championship Tournament hosted by Taiwan. He is fielding a squad of 12 players including 4 guards, 3 forwards and 5 centers, most of which are first time members of the junior national team. Coach NdR619 is the first Italian manager to handle the reigns of the Pilipinas national team and both fans and pundits alike will be interested to see what sort of tactical approach the new coach will bring to the table. The opening match will be against Macau's U21 squad on the 23rd of April. Stay tuned for updates!
