Alright a bit of stats for 21 yo canadian players.
Ever wondered where you trainee stand in its class? Wonder no more! Here is the repartition of all of the 89 21 year old canadian players with at least perennial allstar potential, in terms of TSP, OSP and ISP:

under 50 - 15 players
between 51 and 55 - 11 players
between 56 and 60 - 9 players
between 61 and 65 - 12 players
between 66 and 70 - 9 players
between 71 and 75 - 14 players
between 76 and 80 - 5 players
between 81 and 85 - 10 players
between 86 and 90 - 3 players
between 91 and 95 - 1 players
over 96 - 0 players
OSP
under 30 - 10 players
between 31 and 35 - 23 players
between 36 and 40 - 13 players
between 41 and 45 - 10 players
between 46 and 50 - 12 players
between 51 and 55 - 3 players
between 56 and 60 - 4 players
between 61 and 65 - 5 players
between 66 and 70 - 0 players
over 71 - 1 player
ISP
under 20 - 26 players
between 21 and 25 - 26 players
between 26 and 30 - 14 players
between 31 and 35 - 8 players

These are not the primary criterias for selection in the U21, but players in the top10 in one of these 3 categories have a good chance of making it, so you can have an idea of where you stand, and what kinds of skills levels are required to make it.
20yo, 19yo and 18yo stats will follow once I'm done with scouting (~600 players in total, ~130 left to do)
