Hello everyone.
Surprise surprise, we pick up a victory against Perù and their super duper monster with 2million of DMI and over 100k salary. Basically our entire starting five was rather 2M DMI

But yeah, let me say something at first.
1) As promised, this will be my last season as your coach and I hope to give you some good results in order to leave that amazing country and you amazing people with a successful smile. I am a creative coach, I think you already learned that, I have lots of experience and guts to risk unconventional moves against stronger teams. Like with China last season, I owe you a tactical resume. Patient is the tactic I've been famous with, I did it so many time and in so many different ways that I didn't expect to have something to learn about it. But when I saw China and Taiwan, my idea was to push our super scorer Octaviano without giving up to big men on D. So three bigs, using our weirdo Howard Mente (defensive center with playmaker skills, he was on sale, hope you saw it. Greetings to owner Danielmolla) as a point guard on offense and center on defense. The outcome is known, we crushed China and get the silver. About the silver I have quite some regrets, because originally my lineup was a secret for Taiwan. Bad shapes forced me to use it in semifinals and for the finals we were naked also because that lineup needed Pahang and his 16 OD to compensate three bigs. Pahang got injured the saturday before the final, so we were "light" outside, not enough strong inside and Taiwan had home court.
Well, whatever. It was a huge success to clinch two straight finals in Asia, let's focus now on the World!
2) World: our group is the strongest, our calendar is the worst possible, because basically we have the african team at the last one, so no beneficial tie during the first round and above all that, we will face always the team coming out of a tie vs Misr. Surely not the best situation!
But it doesn't matter, we're here to make some experience for the future, since our roster is way weaker than others.
I was convinced we could have a good roster, because we have two amazing players (Hosillos and Sebidos) and a bunch of good supporting cast, but then taking a look at opponent's salaries, basically only Egypt is behind us. Salaries mean not everything, but yeah, it's a clear indicator that on primary skills we are very far. Anyway we will see how to come up with something good, I hope
3) Today's match was really strange, no fear to admit that we have a good sort of luck in three scoring, because despite his clinched gdp on focus we scored 50% from three. Quite a lot I would say!
Run and Gun was the only thing to try, I expected something different from Look inside, I was unsure between ptb and low post and I'm happy about low post. Two reasons for our win: at enthusiasm after reset, defense is low, you can try zone or gdp, but with enth 5 anything goes. So 3 > 2 (sacred law of Dino, USA will remember that), Run vs Low post was good for us. Same goes for rhythm, attacking fast allowed us to find better spots with low enth, compared to a slow paced attack. In fact, despite choosing an outside tactic (historically less effective in terms of shooting %) and despite both predictions clinched, we shot better than Perù and to me it is related to a bit of luck for sure but also to the tactic we chose.

That's my resume, next week Chile, another 96k monster to face, please give me as usual the team well shaped. To let your players play more than 100 minutes doesn't help you at all. And doesn't help me

As I wrote we were lucky. Your team was better for sure, with enth 5 anything goes and this time we did it. A bit of a revenge for our last world championship match 😊

First game, first win!

Keep up the good work Coach! Another great pick in your strategy sheet!

The bench stepped up for the team. They played for a very limited time but they sure made an impact. Dimas Lorenzo's (46506166) clutch back to back 3 pt. basket under 3mins. in the 4th quarter was the highlight moment.

You have my Serg Cargado ♥️
Thanks for your appreciation 😊
Yes Dimas Lorenzo back to back three was orgasmic. So thrilling.
Bench stepped up because actually our roster is really balanced. We have many good players, so the starting five is not defined. Everyone on this roster can start because skill difference is not so high. Unfortunately if we are good on 12 players, reducing to five creates us a gap compared to other teams. Our starting is still weak and not perfectly shaped. Ganancial and ibarreta are really cool but we need them shaped 😊

I am really sorry for playing Ganancial for 119 mins. last week. It wasn't intentional. I didn't notice that he had played vs. Project G.

Anyways, congratulations! You slayed another monster!

Yeah I know you're good. In fact I picked him up anyway despite his 6 shape 😊
You've always been so dedicated so I hope to have him as a starter sooner than later 😉
It seems that having to deal with monsters makes us so tough!

Got him from your Utopian team for quite an amount.

NT coach Jeorge and I are planning to push his skill set to fit as SF for possible NT call up in the near future (hopefully we get there).
