It's time for my last message as your u21 Coach.
Tomorrow a new user will be crowned and will inherit all the stuff to keep Philippines at the high level we were able to reach.
I remember the very beginning of my journey here, with some skepticism when I said my goal was to win. With some concerns related to my tactical versatility and some crazy experiments.
We grew a lot together and what we achieve basically was thanks to a great cooperation between all of us and some help by foreign users, from Italy and not only.
We won, we defeated China and Taiwan, we defeated Australia, we claimed our seat on the gold side and we were even close to a back to back.
We developed many huge players that are going to be involved on NT level for sure, we even brought some new roles like Howard Mente, passing defensive center with no inside shooting.
I can spend a whole day telling you how many things we did it successfully. But the most important is that we had a lot of fun together. We were hyped together, we celebrated together, we screamed, we had intensity, chat, conversation, groups.
My first introduction was kinda like I don't want Italian staff, I want you. And this to me was one of the best achievement of my 6 seasons with you.
Thanks Fabio, jeorge, gengi, ob, Jul, pro shot, ichigo, tmen and all the others in our Facebook group.
I will be always available for tips or suggestions or whatever you need 😊 next roster is kinda good, it needs some rebounding 😂

Thank you for all the work you have done for our U21 team coach, for bringing our country back into the world stage among other great teams that we have only dreamed of competing against in the past. Your positive contributions will not go unnoticed and we, the Pilipinas BB community, will always remember you as one of the greatest coaches to have ever graced our presence. Thank you for your service and may our paths cross again soon.

Thank you very much Coach NdR for all the success and learnings you shared with us we wish you all the best and whoever wins the election tomorrow hopefully he can bring the same mindset and hunger to win every match like you have done to this U21 NT. You are a remarkable coach for us and one of a kind hopefully our paths will cross again coach NdR. Thank you for magical 6 seasons with us and i am very grateful to work in the sidelines with you.
