Scotland U21 79 - 118 Lietuva U21
We played well against strong opponents from Lithuania. For the difference in team levels, the difference of points - 39 can be considered a success. I put an empty arrangement for the 10 best players I selected. Given that the opponent played fast tactics, while we are slow, 79 points scored is a success. Our best player James Dalzeil showed a good game with 28 points (4/5 threepoints) and 16 rebounds. Looking forward to an even better game against Belgium

Not the best match for our team. Belgium community making excellent work with young players. Before the start of the match, it was clear that the match would pass without a chance for us, but I would like not to go beyond the 50 points difference.
even the fact that I was able to guess the pace of the opposing team didn’t help our players much. As a result: -56 points and our big problems, especially in defense.
Part of the blame for this is the increase in the shape of all players, and, therefore, the greater difference in skills. Faster tactics in the attack also failed.
Our leader James Dalzal again showed a good game with 22 points (3/3 for three points) and 10 rebounds. Shoot the basket more often, men!
in the next match a favorite of the group – Russia.
What are your forecasts for the difference in points, gentlemen?
while we go through difficult trials…

Scotland U21 100 - 152 Rossiya U21 (53392)
In the match with Russia, our team showed an excellent game. although it would be more correct to write that she showed an excellent attack - 100 points scored, not every team of the group will achieve such a result.
With the protection, everything was sad as always, but preparing for the worst, so the result in sum is not bad. It seems that the Russian coach made a mistake by putting pressure.
4 starting players - J. Łosiak,C. Merson, J. Dalzeil, J. MacVurie hit more than 50% of their shots and the whole starting five was in form 9, thanks managers.
The next match with Turkey. Will it be there?
PS
Last season, the team did not score 100 points.

if you see a message - go to the next forum topic, it’s interesting there

TĂźrkiye U21 128 - 72 Scotland U21 (53398)
The final score of this match is very similar to the score with Belgium. Opponent Deceived me, putting up not a fast tactic. Our best scorers - J. Dalzeil 16p+12reb, J. Łosiak 15p.
These 4 games were played against strong teams, each potentially able to take a place in the top4-top8 European Championship.
The following opponents seem easier, although they have strong players. The main thing for us is that the training process of our juniors has moved.

Scotland U21 101 - 108 Norge U21 (53403)

Have a great new year for everyone. The victory was very close. I set the most successful of the tactics played, in the end we were a little unable to catch up with the opponent.
Unfortunately, this is my fault, I made a mis-click, and this brought our main center Łosiak from the lineup for the match ... I'm sorry, I will not repeat the mistake in the future.
The team played as well as possible, I will highlight such players: C. Merson 30p, J. Dalzeil 19p+18reb, J. MacJames 18p

Crna Gora U21 88 - 61 Scotland U21 (53406)

For the first time in a match against Montenegro, our team scored less than 100 points for an opponent. But this is not surprising - both teams used slow tactics. In addition, I decided to try the 1-3-1 tactics in defense, apparently it enhances the perimeter defense, weakening the close defense. The best scorer of the team, as always, J. Dalzeil 34p+10reb.
We are waiting for the last official match of season with Georgia

I could not please you gentlemen, We have not achieved a single victory this season. I must say, from the beginning of the season, Georgia aimed specifically at a match against us, although the players there are much stronger. There is no desire to make out a match.
It turns out that we end the season without victories.
From this moment, we begin to withdraw 21-year-old players from the starting lineup, except for Dalzeil, partially Pollard for a good game during the season. I want to try different tactics in friendly matches

Tomorrow's friendly game with Lebanon. As a sign of moral support to the family of the deceased idol, the players of our team will wear black bandages. I'd like to win, although this makes little sense.
After this game we make full base on young players, we note good and bad moments. The spoiler - next season will also be very difficult, the leaders of our team will have a difficult time.

Hello, gentlemen Scots. I haven't written anything here for a long time. I want to share my thoughts about the results of my first year of work, indicate plans for the next season and for the upcoming draft.
We didn't win a single game this season, although we had small chances in 2 games. But our players fought like knights in every match, there are no questions for them, they showed their maximum. But the set of players in our team was weak - in the composition of any player with a salary above 10,000. Even collecting a decent starting five was a big problem.
In the next season, it will also be difficult - there will only be 1(!) player at the age of 21. It was a sad year. But nevertheless, we will have 2 good players with a salary of more than 10,000. I will try to surround them with players with defense and pass skills. There is a slight bias towards the ring, but we have no choice)
Our Polish-born PF/C is developing particularly fast, it looks like at 21 he will be one of the strongest big guys in the history of the Scotland u21 team.
I really want that after this draft, we would jointly get at least 6-7 players who will consistently receive training. I would like to ask you to prioritize the selection of 18-year-old players. At the same time, an assessment of the player's talent in three balls out of five is quite enough
Another relevant question is your reaction to my messages and requests. Of the 8 Scottish managers, only 3 people did not ignore my messages. This situation led to the fact that we could get a strong team after the next season, but five very talented guys with excellent skills to start with at 19 do not get training, but they did not sell them. Two of them were level 8 and 9 talent, and the national team is losing them as well...
It is not clear to me, because among them there are experienced managers. After the draft, I will try to write to each of you, please answer me, I do not wish you harm and I will not write badly about you.
I believe in the best. Altruf.
