First. Do players retire on their own or do they just retire when they are dropped and never picked up off the transfer list?

Second. I drafted him last year.

DMI: 31700
Age: 19
Height: 6'1" / 185 cm
Potential: star
Game Shape: respectable

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: strong Handling: proficient
Driving: proficient Passing: strong ↑
Inside Shot: awful Inside Def.: pitiful
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: average Free Throw: respectable

Experience: atrocious

Does he have a shot at U21 or is that just a dream? And do I need to up that jump range or leave it because a point guard really has other skills to worry about?

know but there have been players on the transfer list owned by "retired" so that's what I was meaning. Wow that link is very informative thank you! looks like it may be tough for him, but like you said he can still be a solid starter on my team if he misses the cut.

When a player on transfer list is owned by "retired," that just means the old owner has quit the game.
