Somehow, LPP was losing with under a minute to go. Looks like Cyr closed out most of the final minutes, including time at centre. Kearns fouled a 3-pt shooter with 0:17 to go too. These, coupled with the outrageous rebounding, would've made for one of the most infuriating losses imaginable.

I just noticed that all B3 games are being played at maximum capacity (40,550) arenas. Any reason? Strange.

Felt like the Big 8 consistently had this level of relative dominance until most of the top teams folded, even if it didn't show in the seasonal records.

Finals have the potential to be great this season. Relegation is going to be unprecedented too.

because big 8 was top heavy for couple of seasons. Right now Great 8 is top to the bottom BBB quality teams

There's definitely been a huge shift in the past couple of seasons from the Big 8 to the Great 8 but Naismith as a whole is much stronger now too.

Gee, maybe you should sit these next two games out and then come back super-duper focused instead.

On a serious note, that does sting a little.

I was trying to figure out why I was facing your top players with more enthusiasm, but that makes sense. Anyone know why Quebec Pugs was trying against me with more enthusiasm instead of focusing on the Semis of the Cup, or saving enthusiasm for the inevitable relegation series?

Second Team:
Canada Purple Haze BC
On the Pugs matter:
Facing the Green Machines on the road will be no picnic.
6th place looks like a sure winner.
His PD with Rajins was very close and in case of a tie in won-loss...
He needed to win out and hope Rajin took a couple of losses.
He was still in the cup and had enough games to fix his enthusiasm.
Of course Stajin winning at Supreme last night hurt quite a bit.
If that was a loss and the game vs Pszczyna Team was a loss, he was in.

I guess I could see that too, I took a look at stajans team and sort of assumed he's not picking up big losses here and there
