Thank you! I was surprised to get every match correct, I think last season I got 3 first round predictions wrong. Maybe I can beat my 3rd place finish from last season in the B3 predictions

Congratulations to Vycka on his Cup win!

Well my season is coming along perfectly after Doncaster Hawks beat Galaxy Walkers last night, leaving me as the only unbeaten team left in division 2 with 3 games to go. Obviously it’s not job done quite yet, BB can be unpredictable at any moment and with 2 away games left for me, anything can happen.

The league averages for my league (Div II.3) is below.

Expenses Revenue
Player Salaries: $ 378 812 Attendance: $ 254 225
Staff Salaries: $ 75 375 Merchandise: $ 54 732
Scouting: $ 7 187 TV Contract: $ 139 338
Infrastructure $ 3 437
Total: $ 464 811 Total: $ 448 295
League Average Net Income: $ -16 516

Shockingly an average for my league shows teams making a loss on a weekly basis. I can say that I've not made a loss in any week all season (other than weeks where I've not had a home game).

I believe that if you have a chance to promote you should always go for it, especially when I’m division III. The only reason to be in Div III (if you’re active on the game) is if you tank in Div II to get a good draftee, other than that div III is really boring to be in as there are so many bot teams.

Plus in my opinion, even if you only get 1 season in the high division, the increased income/profit (plus promotion bonus) is worth the promotion. That’s my theory with promoting this season. If I do make it to the EBBL I’ll probably go straight back down, but the 1.5mil promotion bonus plus increased profit hopefully means I can all but finish my arena and set me up for a future run to become a established EBBL team.

As we head in to the final game of the season I thought I would highlight some interesting situations in the EBBL and Div II leagues to watch out for.

EBBL
In the EBBL most of the play off teams are set. Tide of fire face LIDLTallfellas in the battle for the top seed in the play offs. In the red side, Hope Springs and London Whales comptete for the top seed in the great 8 but with Hope Springs holding a much higher PD and facing already relegated Los Mikitos at home in the final game, they will be favoured to get the top spot. There is a battle for the final playoff spot in the great 8 as if Durham Wasps can beat Leeds City Ballers in the final game by more than 21 points they will sneak in at Leeds' expense.

As for the relegation side of the league, the 8th seeds are already set as Panathinaikos Bristol and Los Mikitos are too far behind. The 5th-7th seeds in both conferences are also very close as both 5th seeds currently sit on 9-12 records whole the 6th and 7th seeds are on 8-13 records. All teams will be trying to find favourable matchups for the relegation series.

Div II.1
Div II.1 is pretty much set as most teams look set to stay where they are in the playoff race. Rythern Reapers currently sit in the 5th seed, 1 win behind Doncaster Hawks but with a better PD. If the Reapers can pick up a win and Doncaster lose they would switch places. In the red side, the 3rd and 4th seed sees Scunthorpe Devils 1 win and 19 PD behind Toral Castro if results fall the way of the Devils they would switch.

Div II.2
MexcianTaxiDriver have already claimed the top seed as they hold a 20-1 record. The 8 playoff spots are already set other than JA Miami currently sitting 3rd in the big 8 could fall behind Borac Basket if they forfeit again and Borac pickup a good win.

Div II.3
Team Nook are currently on course for an unbeaten season heading in to the final game. The red side is set for playoff seedings, but the blue side has everything to play for. PONTIOPOYLA sit top on 12-9 1 win and 58 PD ahead of Nutwood Nets on 11-10. M Dogs and Covernty Phoenix sit in 3rd and 4th on 10-11 records, separated by only 7 PD. SC Basita sit on 5th on 9-13 records and only 11 points behind Coventryand in 6th Free Agent are also on 9-13 record but sit a little further behind on PD. A lot of movement could happen on Saturday.

Div II.4
In Div II.4 the battle between Camden Kings and St. Purple & Greens took a turn as Camden lost to Whetstone Wizards to give the Purple a& Greens a 1 game advantage. But the Kings still have a better PD so if results fall right the can regain top spot. Whetstone sit on the same record as the Kigns but are too far behind in PD to make a push for the top seed. The 8 playoff teams have already been decided.

I’ve done it! 22-0!

It’s the first time I’ve gone 22-0 and I’ve managed to do it playing wing trainees at C in all but 2 games. I’m happy I’ve guaranteed promotion but I still want to Div II title to add to my trophy cabinet.

Good luck to everyone else in the playoffs/relegation games.

No real big changes to playoff seedings in the final game last night.

In the EBBL Tide of Fire took the win to regain the top seed for the playoffs while Durham Wasps did beat Leeds City Ballers but fell 6 points short in the game which would have given them the playoff spot.

In division II.3 the blue side saw a big shuffle in seedings as 3rd seed M Dogs lost to 4th seed Coventry while Free agent and SC Bastia picked up big wins which left M Dogs down in the 6th seed while SC Bastia leaped from 6th seed to pip Free Agent to the 4th seed by 4 points. And to make things a little worse for Free Agent, they lost the 4th quarter by 16 points.

Not much else appears to have changed in the other division II leagues in the playoff race.

Good luck to everyone on Tuesday
