Well ,second match second L.
Very hard match for us and so we lost.
The problems are the same of the first match:
the shape is very horrible so some of our best players cannot play;
Hong Kong is better than us;
and we have a lot of problems with defense .

I hope that shape could be better,I send BB mail to the owners of the players with low shape but they don't make a login from 2-3 weeks

Now we need to win some match to pass 1st round

Third match in Asia' s Cup and third L for our Indonesia.
Our opponent was Nippon that won the first 2 matches agains Macau and Lubnan.
So 2 easy matches for them

Before the match I thought that we could win this match ....but we have a terrible defeat.
For this match I decide to play with a look inside and man to man and probably this was the right choice .

Probably the thing that the made the big difference in this match was the different game attitude for this match.
I don't know if I made some error in this match but I don't believe that I made big errors in this match.

Now we have 0-3 record and the situation is terrible.
I'm not very happy because at the start of this competition I believed that we for sure pass 1st round; now it's very hard to pass 1st round.

I know that only 25% of Indonesia's users like me but I Want to improve this value and improve our results.
But I need collaboration. If you take a look on the roster of Indonesia,you can see the shape......well the shape of the best players was very awful and this thing don't help me to win matches.

I send BB mail to the owners and I hope that they start to try to mantain a good shape for this players.
If the shape continues to go down we don't have any chance.

I'm agree with you Benny.
I hoped in a miracle for the match of today because if NT won we have some chances to pass 1st round.
Now sure we're out from competition and I am very angry.
I'm angry because Indonesia have a good team with very good inside guys and I can't use this inside guys cause the shape.
I believe that in this competion I don't made a lot of errors maybe the big one error was the attitude against Japan.
But with Tantra Kiemas ,Yahya Astaman ,Elie Farid ,Feliks I Putu (that are very good inside guys) with a terrible shape I said that is impossible to win matches for a team like Indonesia that don't have good outside guys for offense.

I'm sorry because I have not kept the promises.

Now I try to win the last 2 matches ,but I'm not happy for results because with this team with a good shape we could pass 1st round.

Finally we won a match.Easy match against Macau

Mvp for this match a fantastic Mahadi that is not our best center but still have good shape and still have good performances.
Good match also for our point guard Ridsianto with 11 assists.
Next and last match next monday against Lubnan .I hope to win.
After the match against Lubnan only friendly for Indonesia probably with enthusiasm 1 because I want to start to convocate /dismiss player from NT so I have more time than the start of this season to choice the players for NT.

Later I write something about the big problems of our NT that are easy to know if you look at our matches .

I hope that we can have better results.

Well easy match for us :Lubnan has big problems with inside guys,Indonesia's best players are inside guys so it was easy for us win this match.
No MVP for this match
Indonesia won 2 matches and lost 4 matches in this 1st round ,better than Asia's competition of 2 season ago,but as I said many times I'm not very satisfied for the reasons I said before.

Now until the end of the season we have only friendlies with enthusiasm 1 ( I CT against Lubnan and I start to convocate dismiss some players) because I want to start to work for next season.
I want to believe that the Indonesia National team could be have better results.


About problems for NT you know who are the big problem:
1st outside guys
2nd we don't have a real SF
3rd game shape.

So if you have an outside guy with good potential training him .
In the next days (maybe today if I have sometime )I write the situation for each position so also with your help we can improve our team.

do you know the real problem is??
the problem is only you coach...coz you dont have communication with us (indonesian manager) and also U21 manager...
1.you never talk personally with us,you always using forum,not BBM
2.you always pick players from team who will BOT(this job is for U21 manager)

If you really want become good manager in my country,then you must started to talk with us.......

PS:i dont hate you, just to remind you this is National Team not local basketball club
