I try to do my best.
In next days all onwers of youngstars and also the owner of 22 -23 's old near to NT will receive BB mail to know plan and other things.
ANd also I will decide the starting roster For 1st round of Asian Cup.

I want to improve the results of last 2 season.

1. Indonesia best bigman Elie Farid found his new owner last 2 season ago, and has his GS improved.
2. Tantra Kiemas also have his new home later part of last season, and should expect his better GS as well.
3. We have add more perimeter defence presence in Asmuni Saleh.

With those three fact above, we should see much improvement on NT season 15.

Say goodbye to NT John Bangun and Haryono Mahadi.

We don't have a lot of news in our roster.
The only news are Mere and Budhiyanto .
SO we replace 2 inside guys with other 2 inside guys.
There are also young guys That I try dismiss during the competition when I can.

Maybe during the cup 1-2 players could go in NT.

The roster is the same of 2 seasons ago.

Last 2 seasons the big problem is the game shape.IT was so low for some key players.

I sent a BB mail to all the owners of this players that have often low shape and I hope that they read my advices!

The first match is next week against Saudi Arabia
. In next days some news about our NT.

All teams who promoted or demoted had their Season Ticket Holders recalculated. The current Season Ticket Holder amount for these teams is now more reflective of a typical team in your division.

The arena income was examined for all teams in the game. In order to ensure that our adjustments were fair to everyone, we have adjusted all recent arena revenue in a way that will not take money away from any one team. Specifically, we looked at the two home games played by all teams and adjusted the revenue so that all teams received the higher of their own revenue and their league's average revenue from each team in that league's two home games. This adjustment shows up on your Economy page as a “GM-issued Fine”. Please note, the amount shows up as a credit, and you were not fined.

Also, these updates affected the Transfer List. As a result, we delayed transfers by 3 hours to make up for this lost time.

Meanwhile I want to say something about the situation of NT
Actually NT is good good PG SG and inside guys.
But we need some other to improve our level.
For example look at the SAudi Arabia ,our next opponent ..there are some C with big salary and probably big skills.

So what I want to say: we need to work a lot with the players with high potential because often they are or not trained or trained until 21's old.

So this is a message for the people that have players with high potential particullary
PG/SG from 7
C/PF from 8

We need to make a lot of train for this players to help NT to become better.

Because players with lower potential could be good for U21 but if we want to make more competitive NT we need to train as well as possible this players with high potential.

Maybe players with for example allstar potential could be good for NT but if we want to reach an other level in future we need to have players with skills that a player with allstar potential can't reach


If you want send me a BB mail (and I say this thing for new user),so I can show some players's skills that I've saved of other NT that was on transfermaket to give you an Idea what level a player can reach!And also give suggestion about training.
