He'll be a terror for U21.

You can't really go wrong training his inside skills. Some kind of balance in his main three would be ideal I guess.

Long-term, I'd recommend getting his OD to a sufficient level. 5 OD to go with his 5 PAS should be acceptable (higher in both obviously being better if it fits your training and team goals). Getting forward one-on-one training would also be nice.

Im focusing on inside skills this season to make U21. Next season is primarily 1 on 1 and rounding out secondaries. Then I'll just pump the inside skills till he caps.

Nice looking player so far and I agree he will be a U21 monster if you keep it up.

Personally I am at a point where I am starting to explore alternate builds, so take my advice with a grain of salt. I agree that adding some OD will be critical I think you need to focus on the big four. It is no longer only three skills needed, shot blocking is very important already and the changes will likely make it even stronger.

So I would suggest straining some SB, OD and ID. Create a defensive nightmare that can stop some of the monsters we see at the U21 and NT level.

You could continue pumping his primaries and make him a great U21 player and that would be one direction to take but personally I would ignore his primaries and train ID, Passing and 1 on 1 for at least the next 2 seasons. That would make him a great BB player coveted by any owner in any division in any country and it would make him far more valuable and more cost efficient player even if you keep him yourself. Well rounded players with salaries between 50K-100K are always in high demand in this game.

Beanerz, you got yourself great player there. since he has incredible potential I would go as far as getting ID to 11-12, SB to 5 (at least 2 pops should be from secondary training, IS to 11 and RB to 9. then you can play him at SF with one-on-one training to get DR/HN where you want them to be and even more IS. Of couse mix OD somewhere in there. Then just go all the way with guard training to create ultimate SG :D

scorcher if I was you I would go heavy for U21, and by that I mean 2 pops in OD and then just 4 inside skills. After that one on one and passing. you will be happily surprised how fast he will pop even at 22.

HTG since he will probably never reach borderline NT level, I would just go for perfectly balanced 25k, 100TSP player that can fill a hole at every position

Depending on your plan this season and how competitive you want to be, I would suggest a bit of OD and then some one on one for forwards. You don't need many outside pops before going hard after the big 4. Again don't neglect shot blocking :)

Nice looking player BTW

That's basically what I'm making. However, I'd rather continue with the inside skills this season, then spend next season focusing on the outside skills. In the end, I'm looking for a great PF, although I have this guy already: (He's been injured couple times already, which is why hes a little behind in training, also drafted as 19yr old).

Weekly salary: $ 27 979

He is a great player and will end up as a starter in Naismith if trained properly. Not sure about NT, but just inside skills from now on and he might have a slight chance
