Hey!

Thanks for the encouragement! Although it most definitely hurts my election chances, don't let me stop you putting your name down. We could use a more experienced player in charge and I'm most interested in what makes most sense for Canada U21 success.

I got a 2yo at home, believe me I got more than enough on my plate right now ahah.

1) breathe new life into the pipeline, focus on getting high TSP and mid-high potential players into the hands of managers who want to train properly

2) not have Canada be a laughing stock of Americas U21 teams

3) success this season (and probably next) will not be shown by wins and losses

4) managers who communicate, listen to advice, willing to learn
