Strange times as Chile forgets to set a lineup and we get a 50 point walkover win. Next week we have a bye. Gives us time for our injuries to heal and our less than stellar game shape to improve!

A sad trend I'm seeing is high value 19 year old draftees not being trained at all.

This year so far I've found 5 draftees of minimum 64 skill points being wasted.

Please at least put them up for sale so someone can train them. That's like a 54 point 18 year old trained pretty good and adding 10 skill points the first season. (Yes I know with the boosts now more pops are possible - our best 18 yo trainee had 19 pops last season)

I think it does, but I didn't have the time to quantitatively analyze its effect. As a descriptive note, I decided not to use one for S54, and despite having my players playing 55-75 mins/week, their GS is the worst I had in several seasons.

I used one for NT players. It helped. Weeks where the NT starter went over 75 minutes in club minutes, say 80-85, usually was still proficient GS the next week.

U21 I wouldn't worry about it so much, just into the last group stage and the semi finals where a win is a must.

I've found it to be a huge help as well, even a basic/competent one for less than $10k a week is well worth it imo.
