After an unacceptable fourth quarter at home to BC Tunguus, where Exiles trailed BC with 0-25 to go on to loose the quarter with 36-15 having blown the 7 point advantage going into the last quarter, Exiles Manger are resigning. Something is wrong with the game, the players heads or in my ability to motivate the players.
At this level you should not have to motivate the players, that should come by their own accord. I would not be disappointed in a defeat going into the match, but the way it happened is past my believe in a fair fight.
My time is up, the players will be released and I would look for pastures greener, Midtbyen Basket, Trondheim in the BLNO Women.
