I have just promoted to D2 in Hong Kong. The promotion bonus should be 500k, and in the economy, it DOES show 500k.
However, the actual $$ added to my a/c is 360k (from 258k to 618k)
Could GM please fix it ASAP? I have already missed a player in bidding because it says I have not enough $$, but actually I have.
Is there any ppl experience similar things as well?
