It won't hurt him at all to do the one on one this season, a very nice HoF indeed. Just take it steady and try not to reach a 'final target' skill early on. As Lemon suggests, get the defences up early on, they are harder to raise later on and they make the player very effective in your team if you want to stay competitive.

I think this isn't bad at all:

William Graves (45058740)
Weekly salary: $ 6 314
Role: draws a paycheck

DMI: 0
Age: 19
Height: 6'2" / 188 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: average
Driving: respectable Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: respectable

Experience: atrocious TSP: 70 (43 + 27)

Kinda short though. I wish I was better at this whole thing, then I might actually be able to train a good prospect here...

This is superb. You should easily be able to train him to U21. It is actually the highest salary draftee this season in England

I had 1 pull that I liked, though I really hate 1s and 2s even if not primary stats for their position.

Jimmy Hardy
Weekly salary: $ 3 146
Age: 18
Height: 7'1" / 216 cm
Potential: perennial allstar

Jump Shot: pitiful Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: atrocious Handling: pitiful
Driving: atrocious Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: atrocious Free Throw: atrocious

At best U21, but I guess 7s all rounds IS/ID/ID/SB without trash abckups will beat him to it.

My brother however had a player that looks pretty good. Good balance, I just hope he trains him right -.-

Scott Alford
Weekly salary: $ 3 022
Age: 18
Height: 6'7" / 201 cm
Potential: hall of famer

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: mediocre Handling: average
Driving: mediocre Passing: awful
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: atrocious Free Throw: mediocre

He used to play the game a few years back, and restarted a couple weeks before draft. I'm worried he will try to balance 6 trainees, but I feel he understands this guy is legit af and will focus him :d He will need guidance, so U21 peeps need to get in touch with him (natoRious)

6 may be tough unless he has a really terrible team where the rest are even worse than the trainees. 5 is definitely possible provided that he doesn't have more trainees with 1 ST like this one. With 5 you can round minutes in the scrimmage for 1 or 2 trainees.

Yea he has a fresh team, all trash. Only a few weeks old. I mean more for dedicated 3player training when it comes to OD/ID/IS related training. But he seems to have the right mind, he will train extras just to strenghten them, but focus this guy.
