Nope, nothing worth training for me...My best guy similar to your best guy. I like yours, defence and PA trained already, set up for a bunch of 1on1 training/quick pops and he looks a lot better.

Mine:
Weekly salary: $ 3 778
Age: 19
Height: 6'9" / 206 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: average Handling: average
Driving: strong Passing: inept
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: atrocious Free Throw: inept

Experience: atrocious TSP: 62 (39 + 23)
Not an awful base to train from?

2nd: 50 tsp, 18, star pot. OD+ID+SB 8 though L:)
3rd: Genuinely awful. 36tsp and 1.1k salary.
I hit a hatrick of 1 stamina all round as well :/

On the face of it the EBBL draft looks pretty bad? I had a quick look through the lower half teams and no-one stood out salary/pot wise. I'll scout properly once NT scout updates.

1 stamina on trainees is the scourge of this game. I wish they just gave us the option to split individual and ST or FT training, so you could do it simultaneously and bring all the players to decent levels or to the levels you want

Kevin Randhawa is a fabulous prospect for u21, worth working with Bergkamp for him... If you were looking for a good trainee, thats your pick. For the NT you're going to need MVP or better potential unless you are an absolute master with avoiding the training cap.

Yes, I like his skills, as most secondary skills are good, also good Stamina and FT. The major lacking skills like JS, DR and HA are not difficult to train. Only if he was 18 and not 19...

Hi, i was just checking the forum and found this thread. I've just got this player in the draft:

Ken Greene
Weekly salary: $ 4 529
Age: 19
Height: 6'7" / 201 cm
Potential: all-time great

Jump Shot: mediocre Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: respectable
Driving: inept Passing: strong
Inside Shot: strong Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: awful

Experience: atrocious TSP: 66 (39 + 27)

I think if well trained could be a good player for NT. What do you think?

Aim for the NT. he needs dedicated training for 9 seasons... could be an immense player!! But you’ve got your work cut out, training an all time great is a huge task.

As i started playing little time ago, right now i'm not interesting in competing, but training my youths and start expanding myself. I have intention on focus training on him, now i'll have to save money for a top trainer.

Btw should i focus player training like everyone else? 1on1 during 2 seasons or so and then start individual training? Any advice is more than welcome.

I like to train individual positions when I am not trying to compete. This is because later, if you are training say 2 players you can train one on one (two position training) for the seasons when you are trying to be more competitive. Personally, and this is what I did with my trainees Innes and Mac, I got their defences like OD and ID first.

I got this dude. I will pick people's brains next time I'm on chat, as I've never trained anybody with HoF potential before...
I want to promote this season through, so my initial thought is to follow the old training advice note and give him plenty of forward 1-2-1

Height: 6'5" / 196 cm
Potential: hall of famer

Jump Shot: average Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: mediocre Handling: awful
Driving: inept Passing: strong
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: strong
Stamina: awful Free Throw: average

Experience: atrocious TSP: 58 (33 + 25)
