From now on we have a two-way project: 1) Only about the U21 (current) and 2) Players of the future:
Project 1: U21 (current)So I will comment here less about the games and about our squad, because we can't achieve anything big with the current squad. For season 53, we have a "consolation cup" coming up. The fixture list is not out yet. That's why I'll be in touch about Project 1 next week.
Project 2: Players of the futureOn Project 2 about the players of the future: As announced, I have contacted owners of drafted players who have at least MVP potential and were all drafted in season 52. Some of them are already experienced managers, so I'll have to do a lot less digging, while others are new to the game or haven't dealt with BB yet.
It is not enough for me to know whether the owner would give the games training or such an answer: "pour l'instant je vais le former. 1vs1 ailier shooteur". Often I have had the experience that at the beginning of the season the statement of intent is made that you would coach the player great. This time, however, I will constantly monitor the players and regularly check in to see how they are developing. That way you are more in touch with the U21 and NT and that is an interface that we could all improve as a BB community.
Of course, players with superstar potential or less are also an issue for the U21s, but I also have to manage my time and set a priority, and in the long run it benefits the U21s, the NT and the clubs more when players with higher potential are trained.
