Well I've trained two players that have had successful careers for the NT. Herman Kearns, still on my team, and Stephen Hall, will never leave my team ;). As far as the elastic effect training I would say it was minimal. I focused generally on primary single position training 1st, or secondary single position training 2nd, for the most part when they were younger.
Now of course some 2 position training in the mix depending on schedule. I normally like to focus on using the elastic effect to 2 position train while a player gets older. Does this cost more in salary yes, do they become NT players earlier yes :)
But beanerz, tbh my training method in the last few years, and my title run in Naismith 3 seasons ago, and now rebuilding haven't really allowed me to know as much of elastic effort than others.
