I want to thank all you again for giving me this great possibility. In these days I've inserted the more intersting players in the database. I've already contacted lots of you for check your best players. In the next days I'll be abroad and unfortunately I think I'll not have a net access. So it will be difficult that I can ask you :(

However in these days you can send a BB-mail to my staff's members for anything. Even if I think that you will be contacted before by them. Indeed we want to start the scouting work as soon as possible. ;)

Hi all,
I'm back and as I've promised I'll write something about the match we have played.

Let me make a little introduction about our matches. In this season we have to play the Europe U21 Championship Tournament. We know that at this moment our national teams are both weak. For this reason all matches we have to play are much difficult. Me and my staff want to hope that in 2-3 season the situation will be much better than now. In order to do it we'd like to manage the U21 NT for two mandates, but this kind of speeches belong to the future. At the present we have to do our best with this team ;)

these are our opposing teams:

1  Rossiya U21   	 
2  Bosna i Hercegovina U21 	
3  Israel U21 	
4  Lietuva U21 	
5  England U21 	
6  Norge U21
7  Andorra U21

We played first match against Bosna i Hercegovina U21 and we lost 87-108. although we lost the match I'm quite satisfied about it. I know that Bosna is a good team with players better than ours. Moreover I've PIC because I want to reach a good team spirit for the matches which we can really win.

There is another thing I want to say about this week, I've noticed that the game shape is quite weak... let me say you that the players should play about 60-90 minutes, otherwise they risk to decrease them game shape.

P.S.: it would be great if someone of you could approach to the forum. If Ireland wants to reach better targets, one important thing is developing of the community! Only in this way you can improve your ideas about the game, inclused the better way to train the players! For this reason I'm happy if you write here or at my staff ;)

i'd say irish people does't like basketball, so that's why the irish forums are some empty, i guess there are more foreign people who manages bb teams in this country than irish peoples, and they're just not interested to post in english.. i hope you'll do your best with Irish U21!! :)

I don't know if the situation is like you have say, however I think that anyone playing BuzzerBeater likes a bit basketball or this kind of browser games. Saying "developing of the community" I don't want to say we have to write only about basket, maybe in the forum we can talk about other thinghs, so writing in the forum we can enjoy ourselves and meet new people..for example like italian forum or the spanish one ;)

Today we are going to play against Israel, very strong team which stand in second position in the national U21 ranking! In the last week we were also unlucky because we have two players injured, anyway, today we would have needed a miracle...

I saw Israel U21 roster:) No chances at all. But good luck anyway;)

I want to show that there is this national player on sale (9600117). I refer to managers who train Center or Power Forward of course ;)

I hope that some good manager will buy this player because at this moment he is no trained :(

Today we have played against Lietuva, also this match was impossible for us. At this moment there is too difference between us and them. For this reason, also this match, I have preferred saving up team spirit for next matches.

However there is a good thing to say, I have seen for the first time a good team until the first period. At that time we was losing only for one point!!

Unfortunatly we have few PF and C, anyway have no fear! we are working hard for the future.
