Hello everybody. I bought this player with the following skillset. I want you to tell me the minimum skills he has to have in general or specifically in order to be a member of the U21 team first

Age: 19
Height: 6'7" / 201 cm
Potential: MVP

Jump Shot: inept Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: strong Handling: mediocre
Driving: awful Passing: inept
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: inept Free Throw: average

Experience: atrocious TSP: 56 (31 + 25)

Ho deciso di rendermi disponibile per fare lo scout, visto che ho un po' più di tempo ora (giusto una tesi a cui lavorare). Preferirei sulla tattica, ma se serve gente sugli allenandi va bene comunque. la mia domanda è: serve gente per la NT o per U21?
