I received already more than 15 messages by you asking for your players and for training plans, that's make me very very happy!
I'm available via BB Mail or in Discord for whatever question do you have on the game.
What I recommend to you to make our cooperation worth is to keep a good game shape for your players (between 50 and 70 minutes per week should be fine) and to train if possible single roles instead of strange combinations.
For example, Pressure for PG is 100%, Pressure for SG is 90%, Pressure for PG+SG is even slower because it divides the training amount between two roles.
So, it's easier to reach a U21 by training faster and it's important for me if our common goal is to take Philippines again into a world stage for example

I reviewed more than 150 players today, between 21 and 18 years old, if you notice a news about your player being picked up in the roster it is because I am saving his skills to check which training plan fits better for him. I'll contact each and everyone of you as soon as possible when my scouting will be completed

Newly elected U21 NT coach announced today his roster list for this season's Asia U21 Championship Tournament hosted by Taiwan. He is fielding a squad of 12 players including 4 guards, 3 forwards and 5 centers, most of which are first time members of the junior national team. Coach NdR619 is the first Italian manager to handle the reigns of the Pilipinas national team and both fans and pundits alike will be interested to see what sort of tactical approach the new coach will bring to the table. The opening match will be against Macau's U21 squad on the 23rd of April. Stay tuned for updates!

I've been 4 times in a Final, 2 in Euro 2 in World championship and today I was so thrilled as it was one of that finals.
I followed the whole game in chat together with coach fabio and his/our proud staff, it was a pleasure

Something was fine, something clearly not. We still need to improve since we're behind some teams and if we want to clinch good goals we need to get better in some areas, but we're confident about it.

Let me say I care so much this U21 coaching role, to me Philippines are the same as Italy as enthusiasm, passion and dedication, and I hope to fill the community with a bit of it. That's why every week's MVP will make his manager earn an interview done by our great Press man
