Going back to Davidson... this season 47 Junior NT is shaping up to be one of our best. You've got a prime small forward candidate, I've got a small forward or inside scoring guard of my own, and if the rest of the drafts are even close to this good we have the foundations of a real world cup contender.

Fantastic. 58 TSP to start him off. With lower ID and IS id train him as a SG or PG for starters. But we can work them up so long term he has good secondaries.

Id get this guy started with one on one fwds right away. 8 or so weeks of it will engage the elastic effect for OD and passing.
Refer to points 1 and 2 above as well, really important.

I have also got a 20 y.o MVP i drafted last season and want to keep training him. Details below.

Now i want to train him and Davidson all season. Should i simply do ID (PF/C) on both of them? (Davidson at PF & Faruk at C)

No. You should do C only inside defense. Give one of them 48mins the first game, then the 2nd one 48mins in the 2nd game. This is much faster training than PF/C training.
