15 out of 16 ppl teams are active. Medyo mahirap to expect ppl teams to train but i think for the ones being relegated pwede naman sigurong pakiusapan. Ito ang breakdown. active more or less in the last 7 days.

Hindi ko pa sinasama ang div 3 na mas maraming managers (napagod na ako) may total of 88 managers na nag lolog in. Lagay na natin na hindi lahat gusto mag train ng u21 or Seniors. Kung makakuha tayo ng 2 managers bawat liga na mag train ng 2 player bente na yun agad na prospect. Malaking tulong kung every season nakakuha tayo ng new blood sa program kahit yung ma rerelegate na lang or makakuha ng matinding draftee mag co-commit for training local. Meron naman hindi marunong mag train ok lang yon just talk to to the national team coaches.

So mga kaibigan magpakiramdam naman kayo lalo na mga vets at mga newbies na gusto tumagal sa laro na ito. I worked really hard para may ibubuga yung 20 year old na u21 trainee pero teamwork kasi ito dapat may kakampi din siyang solid at halimaw di ba?

Greedy here of Manila Bombers. Naglaro ako from season 6-9 at 11 onwards. Best accomplishment ay final 16 sa B3. Hope makapasok ang 20 year old ko sa U21 at NT sa future.

Salamat mga boss! Currently ibubuild ko na ung database natin para sa project natin na to. Nakaka excite sya actually lalo na kung mas marami tayo na magcocommit.

Siguro by next week irerelease ko ung list ng managers and their respective trainees na groomed for future NT teams. This week focus ako sa pakikipag usap thru PM para magka idea din ano plan ng bawat managers. Like ng advise ni boss obi magfocus muna ko sa PPL and League 2. Pero syempre welcome na welcome ung mga League 3 PM lang din kayo, may mangilan ngilan na din actually ako nakakausap from League 3.

Kahit po ung wala pang trainee sa ngaun pero commited to train kahit next season. :)

abest Accomplishment:
- Reach Division II kahit makunat ako sa pagbili ng mga players at mas prefer ko ang mga Pinoy players.
- Nakasalamuha ko si Coach Greedy at Lolo noong bago pa lang ako, natulungan nila ako sa trainings noon. Factor sila kung bakit ako naglalaro hanggang ngayon.

Best accomplishment: I have one trainee that suited up for the U21 squad. Looking to build my team around local players and train them for hopefully a future NT spot.

Thank you sa inyo boss Archfiend at coach ProShot. PM nyo na din ako para discuss natin future plans nyo for training pinoy players para sa NT pool natin. :)

You are also a valuable support for me in terms of press conference and graphics.

hahaha.. True! But also because of him I formulated new ways to utilize him on offense after his U21 stint. Last year he was 2nd in AST/TO ratio in league II, he's now become an important part of my squad. Thanks for giving him a chance, I truly appreciate it!

I'm glad to have contributed to the NT program in any way I can. And I will continue to do so in whatever capacity I can offer at the moment.

hi im Shuu Ouma started way back season 10. Best accomplishments are training a U21 players that played on NT like Putong, Tenmatay and many more.

I started playing since S37. My accomplishment is having Torreon and Obligacion play for U21.

Another accomplishment I could share is that this team I am handling has been under the hands of the legendary PH_cezz, the team manager of Pro Tambays. You can check my Team History as proof or click his profile. The good thing is that he is now playing again!

I am under the mentorship of Coach Fabio Mental and LoloSmithz. I love experimenting tactics like Coach Yeng! Hahaha!
