Hi, I'm running for a second term as the USA U21 coach.

I don't really remember what I said in my previous speech, but it worked, so...all of that same stuff again!

I learned a lot in my first term and we did some good stuff, but there is definitely quite a bit of unfinished business.

Let's get back to work!
