Leave it to GM-hrudey to eff up tradition. How dare he. Eff that guy.

Someone has to, I mean, I'm not just going to eff myself.

reflects on how much time was spent training outside shooting

Okay, maybe I already effed myself. Eff you for reminding me.

If I renew my supporter account I think I'm an admin for a Federation named "Outside Shooting for Team".
We've all been wildly successful, but I don't think you're in it. Pity!

Yeah, I've done well so far but I've got some scary games coming up including peaceNroll (#9 world but beatable and I'm at home) and defending champ OLYMPIAKOS PIRAEUS LEGEND (on the road so I'm calling that a loss already).

Watched 3 of the top teams bidwar this guy (39263323) from $4M up over $6M so competition is definitely tough this season. I'm still looking for an excuse to blow my reserves, I don't think my window is open for more than a season or two anyway. But I'm really a big coward when it comes to pulling the trigger on short term plays!

Meanwhile, you have a 170K guard with 143 TSP go for 2.8m. And you have a few 142-143 TSP big men that can’t seem to fetch 3m-3.2m. I’d stay away from that big man for 6m, but then again... I spent 6m for a 146 TSP SF... just when you think you have a good understanding of the TL market, it takes another turn.

I have no problem pulling the trigger for short term gain. Not even my trainees are off limits. Although, I have to admit, it’s not my preferred option, but with these new training upgrades I’m ready to cash-in and rebuild again soon.

I definitely thought about that guy at $4M, I think he had a good build for the current "meta", high OD+ID with some salary savings on RB. But $6M is a bit crazy.

That 170K guard had a bad (well, less good) build, too much PG salary. I'm surprised he didn't go a bit higher.

Oh, yeah! His 14OD/17ID/13SB are really attractive skills to go along with 142 TSP, and at age 30 you get three prime years out of him without the fear of drops — which is why he sold for that price. High OD on bigs insurance for stopping reverse patient tactics (guard at C).

Eh, players with low salary and high TSP are mainly a luxury that you can do without if you don’t mind losing weekly revenue. In which case, when in comes to winning, many B3 managers are short minded.

BTW: there is a 32 year old big man w/ something like 142 TSP and 16 OD that could be a nice SF option for you; he’s obviously not an ideal SF (offensively), but he’d fix a hole and he’s cheap at 3.8m! Not a bad option.

That 170k guard was your kind of player, A-dub and a steal for under 3M. He would have fit in nicely with the 146 and 143 SFs you recently purchased.

Oh, definitely. I gave him a hard look, but given that he sold at 3am PT, I decided I valued my sleep more than that player. Haha. Perhaps that will come back to kick me, because 2.8m is a steal in eyes; although I am hoping to acquire salary efficient players and build a solid team around the NBBA salary floor.
