Nearly anybody could do the same, yeah. It is my opinion. Most of the games we had better team. Also there used to be, and still there are very smart managers in LBBl and lower leagues too.

Dont see any chances for you not being re-sellected. Seems voting is very innactive nowadays, so small bunch of players make decisions. Anyways whoever coaches next season, NT should have very high chances to get medals.

I don't agree with you. Look at Poland for example. Poland have better players than Lithuania.

Mostly because of bad trainning plans. Trees players. Not communicating with player owners (yeah owners, players are the slaves here, its now the NBA). I agree there used to be like bellow average NT managers. I am always rofling irl when ex-lbbl managers cannot promote from div 3 even with twice as big salaries as opponents. That tells the average level of managers of that time. Now the competition is bigger before managers from lower leagues built up their arenas, trained their players and pushed bad managers out. This is good, it increases competetivity and experience. I believe the overall experience and knowledge about the game is now way higher than it was like 25 seasons ago.

What do you expect from me? You probably would be happy if I said: you have right, it was very easy to win these trophies, players were trained without my participation, I only set up line-up, etc. No, it wasn't like this at all. I was very engaged to achieve what I achieved. You should talk with users who are in contact with me...

Nebesuskaičiuoju kelintą sezoną tenka su kozlik bendraut, tai galiu visiškai ramia sąžine pasakyt, kad labai kruopštus žmogus ir daug laiko skiriantis mūsų šalies rinktinei, aš kartais net pasvarstau gal už NT postą jam ten algą moka. Žinoma, turbūt geriausiai jį reprezentuoja visi jo pasiekti laimėjimai ir nėra reikalo man čia dar kažką rašyt, tačiau noriu parodyt ir kitą, mažiau matomą jo atliekamo darbo pusę. Su kozlik susidarom treniruočių planus kelioms savaitėms į priekį ir iškilo toks reikaliukas, kad reikėjo man labai svarbiose varžybose į netinkamą treniruotei poziciją treniruojamą žaidėją pastatyt ir ką jūs galvojat? Prisijungiu sekančią dieną, o ten manęs jau laukia žinutė nuo kozlik su maždaug tokiu turiniu: "Hiustone, turime problemą, tavo žaidėjas sužaidė ne toje pozicijoj kaip tarėmės, kokią treniruotę galvoji duot? Yra toks, toks ir toks variantas, bet geriausiai turbūt būtų dabar daryt taip ir taip, beje kadangi artėja svarbios kovos galėtum tokiu ir tokiu variantu atsinaujinti personalą + čia dar va šiek tiek informacijos apie pastatus".

Komikas geras sitas Vilkiukas sedi tarp botu tai ir sedek. Nera jokio reikalo rinkt kazka kitka. Zmogus pats uzsidirbo sau ateinanti sezona. Plius su LBBL algu minimumu nera sunku nueit iki taures finalu ar LBBL finalu.
