The form is a good initiative for updating player info. It doesnt replace scouting. Trabaho ng nt coaches yan. May scouting button na dinadagdag once manalo ka sa election and it doesnt cost you enthusiasm points pag alam mo kailan mo gagamitin. Ginagawa yan pag no bearing na ang mga laro at the end of the season at bago mag simula ang bagong season bago mag reset ang team enthusiasm.

Our u21 coach has not as of this post scouted my league. So 18 year old future prospects walang guidance nakukuha ang mga bagong manager at least sa liga namin. Yet 70 percent of us here approves of his job performance. Vets know kung nagtatrabaho kayo hindi kami madali bolahin.

Ang forums though makaluma is the main source of knowledge. Yan ang edge na gingagamit namin sa mga baguhan. If you are not an active forum user or reader limited ka sa experiences mo. The way you guys use it is to sugarcoat your decisions and more recently to extend a term.

Wala ka palang patawad. Fire mo agad ang pr manager mo sa isang sablay. Sana ikaw din ganun ka critical ka sa performance mo at pagkukulang. A leader corrects the mistake and moves forward. Something you both need to learn.

agree ako sa scouting... pero hind ako agree na hndi nagtatrabaho si fabio dahil kakascout palang nya sa mga 20 yr old namin sa liga nmin, kasama ung esguera na scoring champion sa liga namin.. per batch yata ang ginagawa nya.. tama nga nman dahil maghahanap ka muna ng kapalit diba??

at saka maganda ang perf nya sa wc kaya hndi mo masisi kung bkit 70% ang rating nya.. hes good..

binabash nyo rin si fabio sa kasagsagan ng covid nun.. naalala ko na nakaaway kita nun dahil jan.. hindi sya nambobola..

sa nt coach naman,, marami pa syang dapat pagpunan sa kanyang mga pagkakamali at may isa pang season para dun. lets dont judge someone wd their perf now because he has more games to prove us.. nasa atin naman ang bola kung ma eextend ang term nila.. ill give the seniors nt coach consideration dahil sa tingin ko natututo sya.. si fabio sure lock na saken.. hindi na basta basta mapapalitan ang perf nya sa team, khit ung pinakavet pa ang tumakbo..

doon nman sa pagpapatalsik sa pr,, agree ako dun kay beardy. bkit? palpak na ang unang ginawa nya.. marami pa nmang mapipiling pr.. agree mamam ako sa sinabi mo na dapat critical din sa mga kilos nya.. hes working nman eeh, maybe hell heed ur advice

agree ako na ang forums ay ang center of knowledge sa mga newbie... pero ang tinutukoy ni beardy ay ung listahan ng mga nt at gagamit daw ng ibang paraan tulad ng fb.. may iba atang sinabi pero hindi ko pa nababasa..mas maganda ung ibang app dahil confidential ung mga nt matter..

edit.. baka ang tintingnan sa form ay ung willingnes ng manager.. marami rin kaseng mga bata na pabaya sa gs.. plus points na siguro un sa pagpili.. we need to understand both thinking to make ends meet

If babasahin between the lines ang nakikita kong intensyon ni boss ash dito is to basically follow up on what was raised at the start of the season.

Kung susumahin mo dalawa kasi ang main na trabaho sa NT. Una ay ang performance in-season sa tournament. Pangalawa ay sa pagscout (during off-season) at pag-coordinate at monitor ng training at progress ng mga prospects (in-season). Sa U21 hands down, maganda talaga ang performance natin this season, props to coach james for that. At actually, sa kanya din naman nanggaling na may pagkukulang tlaga sa scouting nung offseason.

Sa NT mas naging malaki ang problema natin dahil sa parehong aspects nga NT (Tournament performance at Scouting & Monitoring) ay may problema tayo. Sabi nga ni coach beardy sa post nya nahirapan talaga tayo sa magcompete this season dahil sa enthu issue - na inamin din nya na pagkakamali nya dahil di nya alam ang enthu reset sa NT. Lalong nakakapanghinayang ay dahil may HCA tayo this season, malaking advantage na nagamit sana natin para makasungkit ng trophy para sa bansa. Pangalawa, to start the season hindi rin nakapag-scout ng prospects which is a big NO dahil pano ka pipili ng final roster ng hindi mo nakita ang skills sa pool? Lahat naman yan inacknowledge nya na pagkukulang nya talaga. Again, props kay beardy sa pag-attempt nya to find new ways & avenue of communication which is good for privacy ng strategy & prospects. Pero isusuggest ko pa din na piliin natin ang mga bagay na pwede ishare dito sa forums to keep everyone informed dahil hindi lahat nasa gc at discord.

Sa PR issue naman, isa ako sa nagsabi sa PR na di maganda ang panimula nya sa trabaho nya. Pero, to trash him at i-broadcast sa buong forums na "pinaalis at pinagalitan" sya ay di rin tama sa tingin ko. Isipin nyo mararamdaman nung tao after nya nag volunteer sa pag-PR ganun ung gagawin sa kanya? Which makes me wonder where Young Bucks is? Kung ako ung naka experience nito i won't be sitting silently. I felt he deserved better.

Lastly, ang tanong ngayon, pano ba tayo mag move pagtapos nito? What I wanted to see are actions. Mag start yan sa scouting, by this time dapat nagsisimula na ang scouting. And I agree sa point ni contangent, pagdating naman ng election we all have our votes. These posts exchanges are actually good dahil atleast nakikita din nating lahat kung san ba may pagkukulang at may dapat ayusin.

Honestly inaako ko ung pagkakamali dun sa offseason scouting ng prospects and by that time nagkaproblema din tlga ako sa real life at hindi ko naman pede ipost dito yun kasi real life matters yun. Pero may nasabihan na ako ng mga nangyare noon at sinabi ko na kay coach jeorge yun. Kung gusto nio malaman pm lng ng maipaliwanag ko rin ung side ko. Kaya ngayon bumabawi ako i know hindi ako perfect coach but im doing my best to make things right. Wala naman kaso sakin ung pangbabash natural na yan kasi right nio yan as part of community. Para atleast alam din namin hinaing nio. dont worry boss ash babawi ako nag-eearly rescouting na ako ng mga 18yo 19yo this season tinatapos na namin ung pag update sa database at sa mga nagsasabing nambobola ako sa paghawak ng U21, nasa inyo kapalaran ko this election kung tingin nio bolahan lng ginagawa ko ako na nagsasabi "DONT VOTE FOR ME" yun lng no offense and nothing personal yan for me. Basta for me ang focus natin is to "MOVE FORWARD" and learn from the mistakes in the past. Thank you mga boss and sa mga sumusuporta maraming salamat kasi kayo ang inspirasyon ko para tumakbo ulit at palakasin ng husto ang U21 Pilipinas. Peace. Ilang linggo na ba yung lumipas since it was brought to your attention? Buwan na diba? Its better wag ka mag pangako kasi napapako lang. Its easy for you to promise ang napansin ko sa mga post mo pero you dont deliver. So hanggang ngayon wala pa rin. You may sound sincere pero pasensyahan tayo i dont believe you.

the players are 19.. hes scouting.. and you cant scout during the tourney..so its normal na lumanpas ng one month..

I admitt the mistake pero kasagsagan ng U21 World Cup Campaign gusto mo magscout ako ehh di bumaba enthu natin kung ginawa ko yun. Tsaka di ko naman hawak pag iisip nio kung di kayo naniniwala fine no problem. Wala naman pumipilit sa inyo na gustuhin ako. Pero bago kayo magsalita ng magsalita isipin nio rin kung ano na naimbag nio ngayon sa Pilipinas? Puro kuda wala naman ambag. Ngayon nio patunayan na mas magaling kayo sakin ambag ambag din kayo ng actions pag may time hindi puro batikos na lng. Kaya di tayo umuunlad dahil sa mindset nio. Peace.

Hello everyone! I have assumed the role of a silent reader for many months. I am part of the U21 staff since S40 under Coach Fabio and Coach NdR. I am pretty sure that you have read the name 'Gengineer' and 'Captain Barbell' in Coach NdR's and Coach Fabio's posts respectively. That is me.

Let me begin by saying that I am no troll and farm team. I am part of the Facebook Group and GC of our community. A lot of the silent readers in this forum know my real name.

I understand that the issue is about scouting. As soon as we lost to Israel by a surprisingly small margin, Coach Fabio immediately worked. He started with the awards for the Mythical 5, MVP, Best Manager, etc. I assisted him accordingly by giving suggestions. Then, he began scouting. What he did is he scouted potential players per age bracket starting from 20 years old to 19 years old. To be exact, he scouted from late in the evening yesterday until an hour ago amidst the criticisms being thrown at him. When the drama started at around noontime, we were already wrapping up for the last batch of 20 year old players.

Now, we are scouting the 18 year olds.

Coach Fabio only relied in mobile data, but he never failed to send us a screenshot of the players every hour. He also tasked Luka to send a message to each players' manager.

He has scouted a lot of players already. Ask those who have their players scouted. Hehehe. The U21 staff sent them a message that contains training recommendations.

I fully understand that everyone has the right to be critical since we have the vote. I just wanted to speak now to bring light into this issue from another perspective. It would be unfair for Coach Fabio if he only speaks for himself.

For the meantime, let us all chill and cherish the success of our U21 for this season. We gained the attention of managers worldwide, especially when we beat the USA. Coach Fabio has acknowledged the criticisms that were raised last month, and he began scouting hours before this debate regarding it sparked again.
