Hey all.
I will be running for the U21 job again this season and believe I'm the right man to take the team forward. The last two seasons have been full of ups and downs with the qualification from the consolation tournament and a great win against 10th ranked team Finland the pick of the ups. I've also learnt a lot on the job and will use these experiences to make sure the right decisions are made in the future.
We've got a great crop of players this season and with the assistance of arrowspg5 we've built a good database of players that are in and around the squad. I maintain frequent communications with users from all over the world to try and make sure we're getting full value when competing at U21 level.
I'm really excited for the next couple of seasons as I believe we're heading in the right direction again with younger trainees, thanks to the excellent coaching from their managers.
