about meMy BB nickname is Deschamps, I come from Slovenia, and I play BB since season 24. During that time, I gained quite a lot experience, won slovenian 1st division four times (last title is fresh from season 62), reached top 8 in BBB and spent more than 20 seasons managing various national teams. Started as slovenian U21 coach for just 2 seasons, then spent 6 seasons as U21 coach of Iceland, where we managed to achieve some very nice (best of all time for the small nation) results. From season 47 to season 60 I also managed senior slovenian NT, also quite proud of some results - we played in the euro top 12 four times, and unfortunately missed WC qualification or even some medals by very little. I also have experience in training players, both helping others, as well as training by myself. I got hooked into a game, when I got a nice draftee on my very first draft
(32359294), who eventually became the most capped player of slovenian NT history. Recently I trained our best ever player Samir Markić (165 well distributed skill points)

Why I chose Sweden:-because it's easy to communicate, since most of you probably understand English well
-because swedish community elected foreigners in the past. The last manager, Stokes, seemed to have done a very fine job.
-because BB Sweden has enough users to be competitive, however it has never achieved something that I believe is possible (like qualifying to euros (top12), hoping to win the consolation tournament, etc)
What's the plan?At the moment, I can only guess the quality of Swedish NT. I saw some of your players and they seem a bit worse than a typical player of a 15-30 ranked NT. So at the moment, getting that first two spots in EC group seems unlikely. First two, or even four seasons of manager's work are still heavily influenced by the work of his predecessor. So I would like to become "independent", if elected, I will stay (if elected again, of course) for at least 6 seasons, preferably some more.
I will try to encourage managers to train their players (duh). From my experience, it is by far the best, if one player is trained his whole career by a single club. This is not always possible, but it will be my job to try to get consistent training without much interruptions. Hall of Famer players will be trained in the common way, and MVP potentials will receive a bit more focused training (defensive centers/guards, low JS guards for inside tactics, etc.). Even some superstars can be trained as defensive specialists, I will be very happy if I manage to convince someone into such training.
So the ultimate goal is to improve the existing team and place top2 in the first round of EC, and to be a significant threat in the consolation tournament. Meaning, reaching top 30 or above in world rankings. I don't believe it will be a straight way up, but patience usually pays off.
