After the recent modernization of the public image of the team, a stable roster has been established into the future as a base. All new staff is now under interviewing stage and president is now thinking of his following assessments and validations in order to set the team on a proper rail.
The supplemental coach that has been called recently despite his lack of experience is now focusing on players' stamina and free throws capabilities and waiting for the finalization of the draft for the upcoming Season.
Scouters are now researching around to find low salaries prospects to increase the backup players' capabilities as this was the key point that's missing from the team itself.
Overall, the whole team and staff has the goal to stabilize the team in III category and potentially increase it's overall versatility to hunt for the promoting dream...
