HELLO UTOPIA IV

RetireesII makes a comeback to buzzerbeater.
Season 73 in Utopia IV will mark the franchise's first full season.
The team GM announced it will take multiple seasons to build a team to compete.
This expansion team is nearly last in salary and cannot compete with other ballclubs yet; they will most likely demote to a V league.
All signs point the GM is not interested in signing aging starts to big salaries and wants to improve by drafting college pro's.
On draft night, they were able to select a pair of guards but unable to land any top lottery picks.
While not the best in the draft, please welcome Donte Maebe and Hugo Mota.
